Present:  Val Little, Chris Rogers, John Reynolds, Jay Ellard, Richard Bomford, Gordon Beattie, Claire Lupton, Eric Myers, Pat Jones.

Minutes of 2019 annual general meeting:  Moved: Pat Jones,  seconded: Gordon Beattie. Carried.

President's Report:

President's report attached. Moved it be received: Val Little, seconded Jay Ellard. Carried.

Fundraising committee report attached.

Treasurer's report:   

Balance of membership account: $1,573.78

Balance of public account: $409.04

Balance of public investment account: $65,557.83

The sum of $47 be paid to the NSW Department of Fair Trading for the lodgement of an annual summary of financial affairs.
